About Me:
After ten years as a Relationship Manager in one of Caymans largest class A banks, David chose to pivot and change careers. Passionate about helping people, he knew the search for a new and exciting challenge had to allow his experience to not only be transferable but be useful to clients. During his journey as a Relationship Manager, he assisted many clients with acquiring first, second, and investment properties as well as planning and constructing new homes. With a keen understanding of deal transaction structures and the financing options available locally, David’s shift of focus to real estate was a natural next step. With his expertise in serving clients on the banking side, he is in a unique position to help find the right property for clients plus navigate the various financing options available to them. David holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration (Marketing) from Florida International University, and spent more than nine years living and working in the US before returning home to Cayman in 2008. Now calling Prospect his home, he remains connected to the district of West Bay, where he grew up, through his support of the John Gray Memorial Youth Group. When not spending time volunteering or out on Cayman’s crystal-clear waters with family and friends, David enjoys keeping active through CrossFit.
