James is an accomplished property manager and rental / leasing agent having co-run a reputable company here is the Cayman Islands for the last 6 years. He has managed numerous residential, and commercial properties including a large shopping plaza. He exudes a passion and excitement for matching clients with their ideal home and has the ability to communicate at many levels. His friendly and entertaining disposition make James a likable chap, while always positive and confident he will go out of his way to go that extra mile for you. Born in Melbourne Australia, this Aussie has already had an impressive 50 years...and a career packed full of amazing experiences...it's been a journey and now it continues on to another exciting adventure… Armed with a Hospitality and Marketing degree, James has seen much of the world including working 11 years in management at three five star resort hotels, he has worked with a UN medical research team in the refugee camps on the Afghanistan / Pakistan borders, a volunteer dive analyst for a British reef conservation company based in Belize, a dive instructor / tour coordinator based in Hurghada Egypt, a front office manager at the Park Lane hotel in London, and is a certified Pilot for Atlantis Submarines Ltd. in the Cayman Islands. James has also shown his adaptable talent working as the sports producer / anchor for the Cayman Islands Television Network collecting a Caribbean Media Award for his coverage of the Cayman Islands Commonwealth Games team's participation at the 2000 games in Melbourne Australia. As a licensed Auctioneer in the Cayman islands, James has helped raise just over US$4 million for abused children, breast cancer, Red Cross, and pediatric cancer research charities just to name a few…
