Julius has close ties to two of Cayman’s historic landmark properties, namely the Mission House in Gun Square, Bodden Town and Pedro St James “Pedro Castle” in Savannah. The former was his great-great grandparents’ home, and his grandparents restored and lived in the latter. Julius attended school here in Cayman and then went on to high school and university in Virginia, USA. He has travelled extensively in the USA, Caribbean and Central America, including Barbados, Jamaica, the Bahamas, Cuba and Nicaragua. In November 2013 Julius completed the CIREBA courses and started a career in the local real estate industry.
