About Me:

Phillip grew up in Cayman and left to further his education in the United States after completing high school.  After receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree, he remained in the United States working for the National Flag Carrier, Cayman Airways. He later returned home to do a stint in Condominium Management with a luxury condo on Seven Mile Beach, at the same time working on attaining his Master’s Degree.  His excellent customer care skills and knowledge of the aviation business prompted Cayman Airways to call him back to that field where he progressed through the ranks to the top position of Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales.  He later left the aviation business to manage his family’s furniture and interior design business before transitioning into the Real Estate business.   He has always been a “people person” and has always had a passion for the providing excellence in customer care.  Anyone that has come in contact with him knows that he has genuine care and concern for ensuring that his customers are treated with the highest degree of respect and customer care.  He now employs those same skills in the real estate business and says that he is very excited to be working with Capital Realty and in particular is very pleased with their relationship with CIREBA.   “Working for a company with high ethical standards, a strong history, an excellent reputation in the real estate business and the ability to have literally thousands of listings available through the Multiple Listing System (MLS) makes this transition and easy one not just for me but for my customers as well,” says Phillip.    If you are looking for that consummate professional to market, promote and to sell your property or if you are looking to purchase that new home, condo, land or business, Phillip’s educational background, years of experience, knowledge of all three Cayman Islands and his natural ability to connect with potential buyers will ensure that the whole process is done on a professional, timely and rewarding basis, ensuring your complete satisfaction whether you are selling or buying real estate.   Phillip is the proud father of one son, Hayden, who attends Cayman International School. He enjoys traveling and has been all over the world including Europe, the Americas, the Caribbean and the Far East.  Most of his spare time is spent enjoying it with his son, traveling, or just kicking back on the beach.
