Richard has over 30 years of experience in the finance industry internationally having moved to Cayman in 1991 from Nat West Financial and Investment Services in London to work with CIBC Bank and Trust Company (Cayman) Limited for 19 years rising through the ranks from Trust Officer to Director Trust Services. In 2010 he was headhunted to join Appleby Trust (Cayman) Ltd. as Managing Director and ran their trust company for 6 years steering them through an impressive period of growth.During his career in Cayman Richard has managed the purchase and sale of many Cayman and international real estate transactions for clients and has attended almost every condominium association strata meeting on the Island. He has personally built properties and invested in real estate successfully and is currently on the Executive Committees of two Strata Corporations (being Chairman of one) bringing much needed stability and improving their financial positions by applying a practical constructive management style. He is very client focused and has realized that his enthusiasm for Cayman Islands real estate together with his skill set and experience makes him well positioned to help clients with their real estate needs.
