Tom brings a new dynamic to the W2 Team – he is (only slightly) more fresh-faced than the more seasoned members of the team yet brings with him outstanding experience from the UK real estate market, a fresh attitude and motivation to work hard and be successful. After 5 years of working for a leading realtor just outside London, the allure of combining the exceptional lifestyle with one of the most dynamic property markets in the Caribbean was enough to encourage him to make the move. What tempted Tom to switch London’s Victorian terraced homes for Caymans’ booming property market? He is particularly impressed with the range of homes on offer in Cayman – from beautiful condos for first time buyers to luxurious, state of the art homes at the other end of the property spectrum and everything in between. . Tom’s strengths as a sales agent include working hard to find the client what they need, being responsive and efficient and building strong relationships to facilitate the entire process from start to finish. He’s honest, hard working and motivated and it’s quick to see why Tom has done well in this field. When not at work: Tom worked in a previous life as a fitness instructor and keeping fit is important to him, so outside of work he is often in the gym. As a new arrival to Grand Cayman, Tom is enjoying the plethora of fantastic eateries available and sometimes socialising… What people may not know about Tom: When not carrying an injury… he is a keen member of the Sunset football team and avid supporter of Arsenal FC
